Basically, MLM is similar to the pyramid because there is only one single entity at the top. That entity can be a large corporation or a single person. To market its goods, the company may ask a number of people to distribute and advertise its products. It will be the responsibility of these marketers to sell a company’s product. For every sale the marketer does, the company pays them commission.
In MLM marketing, it is up to the salesmen or the person selling a product to sell by any mean they like; of course with certain limitations.
