It will be much easier to understand the concept of MLM marketing, if we envision an example of food chain pyramid. Basically, MLM is similar to the pyramid because there is only one single entity at the top. That entity can be a large corporation or a single person. To market its goods, the company may ask a number of people to distribute and advertise its products. It will be the responsibility of these marketers to sell a company’s product. For every sale the marketer does, the company pays them commission.
In MLM marketing, it is up to the salesmen or the person selling a product to sell by any mean they like; of course with certain limitations.
